Do these units need electrical power?
Most do. Coolers, fans, and AC units typically run on standard power, and many heaters use power or fuel. No power nearby? We can pair the rental with a generator. Tell us your setup when you book.
Do evaporative coolers and misting fans need water?
Yes. They use water to cool the air, so they need a water source on site. We'll go over how that works for your unit when you book.
How much area does one unit cover, and how many do I need?
It depends on the unit, space, and guest count. Larger crowds and spaces usually call for more than one unit. Call or text 512-789-6207 with your details and we'll size it.
Should I rent cooling or heating?
It comes down to the season and weather on your event date. Summer events need cooling; cold-evening winter events need heaters. We rent both, so we can help either way.
Do you set it up, and what's the weather policy?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and takedown are included, and payment is due prior to delivery. We understand that weather can impact outdoor events. Reservations may be rescheduled at no charge when requested at least 10 days prior to the event date. If severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain or unsafe winds, prevent us from safely setting up equipment, we will work with you to issue a rain check for a future date.
